An Eco Retrofit Self build project to convert a small 2 bedroom cottage into a spacious 4 bedroom family home. The project combines the use of a variety of Eco construction methods, from the new extension being made of SIPs panels to the existing cottage having an eco retrofit. The whole home is nearly complete and is a warm, air tight environment.
